Refund Policy

You can always contact us for any refund or return question via the contact us page at the bottom of the website.

Returns Elegibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to mail it back to us at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undisplayed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning an Item

To start a return, you can contact us via the contact us page at the bottom of the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items returned after the 30-day return in new condition will be be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items returned damaged, used, or materially different, will not receive a refund.

Refunding a Returned Item

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Card Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for gift cards.

Be sure that you double check the value of the card before checking out.


  • Pre-order items must be cancelled within 30 days of ordering to receive a full refund.
  • Orders or items cancelled after 30 days will be issued in the form of merchandise credit.
  • Duplicate orders to the same address will be canceled automatically. Please contact us if you wish to place a second order.
