Refund Policy

You can always contact us for any refund or return question via the contact us page at the bottom of the website.

Returns Elegibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to mail it back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undisplayed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning an Item

To start a return, you can contact us via the contact us page at the bottom of the website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items sent back after the 30-day return window has elapsed may be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or refusal of return package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

Cutomers get 5% off their order automatically when added to the cart. However, carts are to be paid in full at checkout, or in installments through the ShopPay program we offer.

If you would like to cancel an entire order, or only a few items within the order, please contact us and we will perform a cancelation and provide a full refund, without deposit required.

Price Matching

We don't offer price matching against other retailers or online marketplaces due to strict MAP policies we are under contract to follow with our various brands. We will, however, honor the lowest price in a 30-day period after you place your order that we offer on our website.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Card Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for gift cards.
