Partial payments are not available. However, installment options are available at checkout.

Customers will receive a full refund to their payment method if canceled within 30 days. Merchandise credit will be issued if the item or order is cancelled after 30 days.

We automatically cancel duplicate pre-orders for customers who buy them on separate orders to the same address. If you want to place an additional order, please contact us.
