Pre-Order Policy
You can always contact us for any pre-order questions via the contact us page at the bottom of the website.
Each item will have it's own estimated time of arrival. Please be cognizant of the dates listed on each product. Read more below to find out how to identify when an item will arrive.
These dates are approximates and may arrive earlier than expected. If they are delayed for any reason, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.
If a delay occurs, a full refund is available, even if it is past the 30-day cancellation date.
Pre-order items must be paid in full at checkout. We do not offer partial payment options for any pre-order item.
As an incentive to pre-pay for new releases, a cart discount is offered to customers wanting to secure their items prior to release. Add your items to your cart and see the final price at checkout.
Pre-orders will ship when they arrive to the Sparkle Castle warehouse in Indianapolis.
In the case where a customer has purchased both in-stock and pre-ordered product, we will ship out what's in-stock, and ship the rest of the order when it arrives. Pre-Orders ship within a 48-hour timeframe of being received from the Brand.
Pre-order items must be cancelled within 30 days of ordering to receive a full refund.
Orders or items cancelled after 30 days will be issued in the form of merchandise credit.
Duplicate orders to the same address may not be caught by us before the item arrives, so it is up to the customer to ensure they do not double order.
- If a duplicate pre-order is detected, we will reach out for clarification. Customers have 24 hours to respond before we ship out the order.
- First Editions and Platinum Retailer Exclusives are available for pre-order but do not qualify for pre-payment discounts.
- Pre-payment discounts cannot be combined additional discounts, rewards points, or any other offers.
Where Can I Find The ETA Date?
In an effort to provide as much transparency and methods for retrieving information, Sparkle Castle has updated their website and checkout procedures to ensure that the pre-order ETA is communicated every step of the way. These new features are available to all customers beginning on February 15th, 2026.
Each pre-order item has it's own expected arrival date on the product page.
- It appears between the brand logo and the "Pre-Order Now" button.
- Example: This item is expected to arrive in our store in late (MONTH) (YEAR)
- The text color is in burnt red-orange.
For every pre-order item that appears in the cart and at checkout, the same ETA appears below the item title.
- The text color is orange.
- It appears above the pre-order discount total.
Once the item has been ordered, customers will receive a confirmation email providing the full order details.
- The ETA will again be repeated below the item title.
- The text color is burnt red-orange.
